Getting started
Your first
structured evaluation.
Start with a question your team needs to answer and the options you want to evaluate. Build the evidence and review around it.
Start an evaluation
Sign in and create a workspace from a use-case, vendor or interview-scorecard template, start blank, or import an options-by-criteria CSV. Name the decision and identify who will review it.
Choose a templateReview the starting assumptions
Replace the example options with your shortlist. Check every criterion score, questionnaire fit value and exclusion rule. Renaming an option does not update those assumptions.
Understand the scoringAdd supporting evidence
Use evidence appropriate to the evaluation: pilot results for use cases, proposals for suppliers, or observed job-related examples for interviews. Record the source and what it supports. Keep missing evidence visible rather than treating a plausible score as verified.
See evidence reviewCompare priorities
Complete the questionnaire and inspect the ranking. Choose criteria-only scoring, or combine 55% criteria score with 45% answer fit. Use the analysis tools to investigate which assumptions affect the result.
Try the exampleBring in reviewers
Use the team-review or priority-panel workflow to collect input. Resolve important differences and check mandatory requirements before asking for approval.
Check access and sharingSave, share and revisit
Save the decision record, review its contents and use the sharing or export controls. Check permissions before sharing. Set a follow-up date to revisit the outcome and check whether the intended results followed.

Use the app’s billing view to see your plan and limits. If a purchase or billing change is unavailable, contact us. Confirm cancellation and refund terms before purchasing.
Account settings provide an export of account details and authored assessments. This is not a complete organization backup. Managed accounts can require an administrator for removal, and shared work can remain with the organization. See Terms and privacy.
If your trial has expired or you cannot reach an export, contact us for help. For a new evaluation, review access and data handling before adding confidential information.
