Pricing questions
Seats, workspaces and saved evaluations, explained.
Is the price per person or per organization?
The monthly price covers one organization and all editor seats shown in that plan. It is not multiplied by your number of editors. Choose a larger plan when you need more editor seats or separate workspaces.
What is a reusable workspace?
A workspace holds your live options, criteria, scores and questionnaire. Reuse it for your next evaluation, or keep separate workspaces for different teams or ongoing evaluations. Saving a result does not use another workspace.
Can I reuse one workspace for different purposes?
Yes. You can adapt a workspace for use cases, projects, vendors, candidates or another comparison. Save the current result before changing it. Separate workspaces are useful when you need to keep different live setups and access permissions at the same time.
Why are saved evaluations frozen?
A saved evaluation preserves the scores and priorities used at that time. You can keep editing the live workspace and save another version. There is no separate quota or charge for these saves during an active trial or paid plan.
Who needs an editor seat?
People with permission to edit or manage a workspace count toward the editor limit. The same person editing several workspaces counts once in the organization. Viewers and panel contributors do not use editor seats unless they also have editing rights.
What happens when the trial ends?
Workspace access is restricted until your organization has an active plan. Expiry does not itself delete your workspace. Choose a paid plan before the trial ends if you want to keep working without interruption.
Is AI included without limits?
No unlimited AI allowance is included in these prices. AI features are available only when a provider has been configured. Confirm availability and any provider charges before using them. Manual scoring, editing and saving do not require AI.
How do I upgrade, cancel or get help?
An organization administrator can select a paid plan from Billing when online checkout is available. Otherwise, use the plan’s contact link to ask about availability. Review cancellation, renewal and refund terms before purchasing; contact the operator for billing changes.
What about exports and company sign-in?
All plans include evaluation exports. Account export contains account details and authored evaluations; it is not a complete organization backup. Company sign-in requires administrator configuration. Business and Enterprise also support SCIM user provisioning with setup.
