Using CriteriaKit
- Purpose. Compare options using weighted criteria, collect supporting evidence and record a team decision. Example scores and templates are starting assumptions, not independently verified recommendations.
- Your content. You retain your rights in the content you provide. Only submit material you are authorized to use and share. Organization-owned records may remain with the organization when an individual leaves.
- Accounts and sharing. Use the available sign-in provider and protect access to your account. Check the recipients and included information before sharing a record or invitation.
- Acceptable use. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation or attempt to access information without permission.
- Decision responsibility. Check the evidence, scores, exclusions and assumptions before relying on a result. The service does not independently verify claims in your sources or guarantee a decision outcome.
- Availability. The service is provided as available. No specific uptime or support response commitment is made on this page.
Privacy and processing
- Information held. Sign-in identity, account and organization details, decision content, evidence, comments, review activity, service requests and operational usage events.
- Use. This information supports authentication, evaluations, collaboration, billing, support, security and understanding how the service is used. We do not sell personal data.
- Cookies and browser storage. A session cookie and a separate sign-in-state cookie support authentication. Sessions expire after 30 days. The app also stores preferences and some workspace view state in your browser.
- Optional AI. Requesting AI score suggestions or explanations can send decision inputs and evidence documents to the configured AI provider. CriteriaKit does not train models on your content; the provider’s own retention and training terms apply to those requests.
- Service providers. Hosting, database, sign-in, email and payment providers process information needed for their functions. Enabled AI or notification integrations may also receive relevant content. Confirm the active providers and hosting locations with us before sharing confidential data.
- Export. Account export includes account details and authored assessments. Decision exports are available in the relevant app views. These exports are not a complete backup of all organization content.
- Removal. Account removal deletes the personal account and sessions while retaining organization work with pseudonymized authorship. Audit records are retained. Organization-managed accounts can require an administrator. Contact us for access, correction, deletion or retention questions, including backup handling.
